STEP 1

First, check whether you can use the service

Being a foreign national does not by itself make you eligible — it can depend on your residence and registration status in Korea. Just three questions help us route your inquiry.

Are you currently staying in Korea?

If you live outside Korea, choose “No”.

Have you completed foreigner registration or domestic residence reporting in Korea?

These are registrations for foreign nationals staying in Korea long-term. If neither applies, choose “No”.

Are you enrolled in or covered by Korean National Health Insurance?

This includes employee/regional subscribers and family dependents. If unsure, choose “Not sure”.
